Firefox memory leaks plugged by Google Chrome

Google Chrome seems to use less bandwidth than many other apps, (I’m looking at you Firefox) By some measure it uses almost 75% less. In addition has anyone noticed how Firefox seems to leak memory if left open for too long bringing your 2 GB of DDR ram to a crawl.
